When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, budget range, project type, project details and preferred launch date.

We also collect standard technical information such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, used only to understand how the site is performing.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work and keep you informed about your project. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries, and on contract where we are delivering work for you. Where we send marketing communications we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from your last contact with us unless we enter into a contract, in which case records are kept for seven years to meet UK accounting and legal obligations.

Data is stored on access-controlled cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is limited to team members who need it to do their work.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
